1LifeAwakened specializes in transformational life-coaching using somatic therapy. Experiences of CPTSD, PTSD, ADHD, mental health and psychosis, business creation and coaching, mindset and mental reprogramming, general nutritional wellness, and self-calming techniques are all covered in sessions.  Somatic modalities include psychosomatic therapy, re-parenting, inner-child work, breath-work, energy work, shamanic essential oils, EFT, talk-therapy, nutritional and physical activity exploration etc. 
 

What is Somatic Therapy?

Re-connection of the emotions with the body and harmonizing the mind to serve full personality expression. Any trauma stored in the body or any mind blocks that prevent this expression are what what is addressed in sessions.

What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me? 

People that are focused and exuberant to begin their climb to self-actualization from wherever you are in your journey can make deep progress with commitment. It means finding compassionate ways to let go of self-defeating thoughts like “I’m not good enough, I tried, or what will they think.” Allowing yourself to relax into the moment (with guidance) is key to finding that natural drive to create and pursue your goals without forcing or bending to the expectations of others. 

 

Being an intuitive myself, I work best with those that are willing to move through their emotions and mental constructs to excavate their own success and power. No matter where you are in your journey, my coaching style is here to support your success on a path of self-directed interest and achievement. By entering a 3month coaching dedication, we embrace radical self-acceptance, let go of excuses, embrace serious and consistent action, find and lean into trust with your intuition, be willing to explore a very different way of thinking, and receive full support while you achieve personal victory. 

What is the Essence of your Coaching and what does it include?

My style of coaching begins with accepting that your path, may be different from what mainstream society told us we Should be. You are you. By understanding your true value, where your power really comes from, how to manifest what you want (be it money or love), and creating powerful intentions that attract the pieces needed to powerfully influence the world through your business (what you offer the world with your gifts). 

Specifically, I will guide you into your subconscious while helping you to feel safe and supported. From this space, we begin to explore the first thing that the wounded-self is willing to address. This way, we only go only as fast as feels nurturing while cultivating self-trust and support. From there, we can use a myriad of techniques to heal which might include inner-child reparenting, somatic (body sensing) therapy, self-empathy, energy work, or belief system reprograming. 

Sometimes I (or the guides) offer "homework" each week as a way to help strengthen your new sense of self, and help you adjust to the new energy that is reintegrating into your life and physical system. Sometimes physical clearing may occur as the body releases toxins once stored: this is perfectly normal and I can always make suggestions with supportive elements that might make that transition easier or refer you to a detox specialist.

Does this really work?

Yes! The result of this work is an approach to shifting your mindset readjusting what’s possible in your life. So many times we say “so-and-so said I couldn’t” or “I’m not allowed” when really, those circumstances have vanished and we are the ones putting ourselves inside a box. Whatever brought you down, let it be something to recognize and thank for making us compassionate to struggle, then Let It Go! We rise together on this journey of transformation to the person you always knew you could be. Do not let life pass you by, but rather reach each destination and say, “I have lived.” 

       When I talk to my clients, they thank me for helping them to see themselves and their circumstances differently. They get to discover the radiant person that they are through gentile guidance and accountability. With optimism and support, we take the journey of defining intention for the life they want to experience by making the shifts necessary. I coach with the intention that my clients will not need me, but may choose to to stay as a coaching client, so that they are stable in their creative flow and independent of external guidance. Through deep listening and compassionate guidance out of stagnant patterns, my clients get to experience themselves and their own light through the transformation within.

For what types of people is this program NOT going to work?

Please know I’m very selective with who I work with and I cherry-pick my clients, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for my coaching styel and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up for. (It wouldn’t be fair to them.) Coaching is NOT for those who have no money coming in and are absolutely, financially desperate, at least not right away. It’s been my experience that people in financial crisis are too stressed with where they are, that they do not have the mental or emotional capacity to face the innter self. If you fall within this category, it’s absolutely OK! We’ve all been in times of financial crisis at one point or another. Do yourself (3) favors:

 

  1. Get some money coming in with a full-time or part-time job at the very least, and then call me. This will take the edge off and provide a little more peace of mind. Mostly, it will de-clutter your mind enough to focus on your spiritual and earthly assignments and the BIG picture. Once you start seeing the results you want as a result of our work, you can then start reducing the hours you work at that other job and focus on your own practice.

How quickly can I expect results?

That depends on how quickly you can make those inner shifts. Some clients are ready to go and follow their life-inspiration in a very short time frame, sometimes even a few weeks while others have a bit more work to do first.
