By joining together and working through our blocks, sharing our inspirations, and holding each other accountable to their dreams; individuals will get to live their dream life fully.  

Each session will begin with a brief check-in followed by problem-solving or holding space for creative planning. By focusing on one individual's point of interest, the group may find a similar, personal theme that is similar as we work through that topic.  Such deep dives may include shadow-work, reparenting, inner-child therapy, somatic experiencing, emotional clearing, guided meditation, shamanic journeying, brainstorming, and idea organization.
